Do it yourself or get support?

Use our ABC model to decide if you can communicate yourself or if you should request support from the Communication Team. Here is a short animation to explain the model.

A-messages include all external communication, as well as internal communication that are important to all employees across DSM. Make sure you get support for all A-messages!

C-messages are all internal messages that are important for only a team or department, or nice to know for a region or business group. Those you can communicate yourself. We have a range of tools and tips for you in the section Do it yourself.

B-messages are those messages that are important for a region or business group or nice to know for all DSM employees. You can request support from the Communications Team using the form
